The Town of Cary is once again celebrating pimento cheese!
The 7th Annual Pimento Cheese Festival takes place April 12, 2025, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m., at Downtown Cary Park, 327 S Academy Street, Cary, North Carolina.
Food trucks and vendors will serve their regular menus, plus new dishes that feature pimento cheese. The festival is free. Just pay for your food and drink.
Enjoy live music, trivia, drinks from local breweries and taste pimento cheese samples from restaurants.
You can even test your skills in the pimento cheese sculpting contest.
Pimento Cheese Festival Schedule
- 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.: 40+ food trucks (see below) on Academy Street, Park Street, Walker Street and Ivey-Ellington Parking Lot
- 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.: Pimento Cheese Marketplace — free samples, and items for sale, Frantz Lawn
- 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.: Golf simulator, with a contest, Park Street Arena
- 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.: Cheese carving by Sarah Kaufmann, Academy Plaza
- 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.: Scrap Exchange — arts and crafts with recyclables, The Nest
- 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.: Beer Gardens, Frantz Square and Ivey-Elllington Lawn
- 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.: Pimento Cheese Lounge, Ivey-Ellington Parking Lot
- 11 a.m. to 12:45 p.m.: Live music: Soul Psychedelique Orchestra, Great Lawn Pavilion
- 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.: Live music, Ivey-Ellington Lot Stage
- 1 to 2 p.m.: Pimento Sculpting Contest, Great Lawn Pavilion
- 2 to 4 p.m.: Live music: Soul Psychedelique Orchestra, Great Lawn Pavilion
- 2 to 4 p.m.: Live music, Ivey-Ellington Lot Stage
